Urban Evolution has announced a brace of special offers on the luxury townhouses at Dene Terrace, its award-winning development of new homes in Chislehurst, Kent. The scheme is now complete and a few of the impressive five-bedroom homes remain for sale, with prices starting at around £1.45 million, and the incentives now on offer are as substantial as these superb new homes.
For a very limited time, applicable to transactions resulting in an exchange of contracts by 24th June 2011, the developer is offering a brand new Mini Cooper D with every new home, and will absorb the recent increase in Stamp Duty on properties valued at more than £1 million, meaning buyers just pay four per cent, with Urban Evolution picking up the extra one per cent (equivalent to around £14,000).
Urban Evolution has already won numerous awards for the magnificent homes at Dene Terrace, including a Gold for Best House and Silver for Best Interior Design at the What House? Awards 2010.
Each house has around 3,800 sq ft of internal floor space set out over five floors, with exceptionally spacious bedrooms and reception rooms, and a dedicated cinema/media room or galleried dining room/study, according to plot. The master bedroom suite takes up the whole of the top floor, with a private balcony, dressing area and huge full-sized bathroom en suite. There's a private front and rear garden, secure underground parking and a video entry system. The internal specification is of the highest quality, including oak flooring, brass door furniture, Cat 6 cabling and handmade joinery.
The completed development of new homes in Kent is set within 2.6 acres of private woodland yet is only a few minutes from Chislehurst station, in one of the county's most desirable residential addresses. From there, some services take just 20 minutes into Waterloo. By road, the A20, M20 and M25 are the closest major roads, granting easy access to London's airports. Local roads make trips to Bromley, Greenwich, Orpington and Bexley very easy.
"As well as the excellent rail service, there are good road links to London, Canary Wharf, airports, Channel Tunnel and Junction 3 of the M25 is only about six miles away," says Lorraine Gatward, Sales and Marketing Manager at local agents JDM. "Add to that, highly regarded state and private schools, abundant leisure facilities along with picturesque surroundings and neighbouring countryside, and you have an area that offers amazing value and a top-quality living environment."
