The prospect of picking up one of the first properties for sale on Ward Homes' development of new homes in Bromley encouraged over 700 visitors to view the site at Trinity Village in Bromley Common at its launch last weekend. The housebuilder even sold four houses from the first phase at the launch event, underlining latent demand for brand new properties in the area.

"We are extremely proud of the new homes that we are building at Trinity Village and we are delighted with the sales success over the weekend," says Nick Fenton, Managing Director of Ward Homes. "This is a development of 536 homes, which will be released in several different phases over the years. Our team has worked really hard to get the development looking great so far and once complete Trinity Village will provide a new neighbourhood of quality housing that will fit in well with the bustling town of Bromley."

The first phase to be released on the scheme, being constructed in conjunction with Asprey Homes, is known as 'Regent Square' and comprises 29 three- and four-bedroom homes priced from £334,995. There are three show homes open for viewing, demonstrating a range of home types decorated to show off the diverse options available to buyers hoping to find a property to suit them there.

The site was officially opened last Friday afternoon, 15th April, by the Mayor of Bromley, Cllr George Taylor, along with a number of fellow councillors and dignitaries, underlining the magnitude of the scheme in the leafy London suburb. "I was very pleased to be able to open the new development for Ward Homes. The Trinity Village development offers further choices to the benefit of Bromley residents," states Cllr Taylor.

The entire scheme will feature a range of apartments and houses with one to four bedrooms, along with some social housing in the form of homes specifically provided for elderly Bromley residents, with facilities to share with the new community being created around them.

Trinity Village is just 20 minutes' walk or a short bus ride from Bromley South station, which has services to the City and London Victoria. The M25 is only 20 minutes away. It's not only convenient for Bromley's busy town centre, with its great choice of shops, cafés and restaurants, but also to the further amenities available at nearby Beckenham, Croydon and Lewisham. The Kent countryside is also close at hand, and there's a 35-square-mile area of protected parkland within walking distance of the new homes.
